Where there is nothing to do in the winter and lots to do in the summer! The ‘Cape’ is a place where, in the winter time, the sidewalks seem to be rolled up when 6:00 p.m. rolls around. However, the natives here always welcome the strange, new, and foreign people in the summer from all over the globe! Tourism and Capitalism being the life-blood of the Cape, tourists are always welcome here!

On the flip-side of that coin, we can also look back numerous decades in the history of the US to see that after the end of the cold war, the US Defense capability was allowed to atrophy to a point where the system could not keep up with the changes in modern warfare and the age of terrorism. Porous boarders and spineless “Poll-iticians” spell danger for the safety and sanctity of our homeland!/p
